Trace

class photonforge.pda.Trace(data)

The result of walking one attachment back to a component.

A mapping, so trace["version"] and dict(trace) behave. Printing or displaying it draws the chain and marks which hops are machine-checked.

Attributes

attachment
candidates	Versions the file could have meant, when the first hop failed.
component	The component rebuilt at the version.
confidence
rebuild_error	Why the component could not be rebuilt, when it could not; None otherwise.

snapshot	The project tag or version the component was rebuilt from; None without a rebuild.
target
technology	The technology rebuilt at the version; None otherwise, as for component.

Parameters:

data (dict)

property candidates: list[str]

Versions the file could have meant, when the first hop failed.

property component

The component rebuilt at the version.

None for a file on a technology or the project, with rebuild=False, or when the rebuild failed (see rebuild_error).

property rebuild_error: str | None

Why the component could not be rebuilt, when it could not; None otherwise.

property snapshot: str | None

The project tag or version the component was rebuilt from; None without a rebuild.

property technology

The technology rebuilt at the version; None otherwise, as for component.
