Two-port, two-mode component carrying only the PMD of a fiber span.
- Parameters:
length_km (Annotated[float, exclusiveMinimum=0, units='km']) – Fibre length.
pmd (Annotated[float, minimum=0, units='ps/√km']) – Mean DGD per root kilometre.
segments (Annotated[int, exclusiveMinimum=0]) – Number of coarse steps.
seed (int | None) – Selects the realization.
